What & Why

As a small, non-profit making charity hei! wants to work with members of our entertainment industry to help us to understand our own personal stress levels and how we can help ourselves in high-stress situations

We want to launch a fund to give all members of the entertainment industry affordable – free, where necessary – tailored care at a residential facility. The first in the world.

We are working to provide 1,000 places over the next five years.

Helping you, as an individual, will go towards helping all members of our industry. A greater understanding of the effects of stress emotionally, physically and biomedically can be studied to create programmes, exercises and methods to begin to combat the outcomes of too much stress.
